Warranty Coverage

• Alqamüv offers a one-year limited warranty on the mechanism from the date of delivery
• This warranty covers manufacturer defects in internal components such as the motor, controller board, and power system
• The warranty applies only to units used under normal indoor conditions and according to all safety guidelines

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, tampering, modification, or disassembly
• Damage due to water, fire, improper power supply, or environmental exposure
• Cosmetic changes over time due to natural material wear (crystal patina, aluminum aging, etc.)
• Use of the unit in critical, commercial, medical, or industrial applications
