Vincent Charland is a visionary entrepreneur who followed the path opened by his father, a mentor who continues to guide him today. With expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering (CAD design), Vincent has hands-on experience in electrical, firmware, and software engineering, developed through telecom projects for companies like Nortel, Alcatel, Texas Instruments, and many others.

Over his 25+ year career, Vincent also gained expertise in leading large-scale production processes, product development, and operational systems while working for NCI Technologies (1997–2014), the company founded by his father. Specializing in copper network phone line testing solutions for top-tier telecom providers such as Telus, Bell Canada, Pacific Bell, Verizon, and many others, NCI Technologies partnered with Nortel’s Access Care division to deliver critical solutions. All products were NEBS Level 3 certified; a rigorous standard ensuring performance, reliability, and durability under extreme conditions, including seismic activity, high temperatures, and electrical disturbances, making it comparable to military-grade specifications.

Despite NCI Technologies’ success, the company faced significant challenges when Nortel filed for bankruptcy, coupled with the obsolescence of copper networks due to the rise of fiber optic technology. The final blow came when Aware, Inc. discontinued a unique DSL modem central to NCI’s product line, effectively sealing the company’s fate. After a distinguished career, Vincent’s father retired, leaving behind a legacy of engineering excellence and innovation. A foundation that continues to inspire Vincent’s own journey.

In 2015, Vincent co-founded Voxprime, a company that revolutionized the telephone paging market by integrating modern technology into legacy analog telephone paging amplifiers. Partnering with his brother, a genius in software and electrical engineering, Vincent built Voxprime as a true disruptor in the industry, combining the best features from competitors like Bogen, Algo, TOA, Cyberdata and Valcom into a single, fully featured product line. Voxprime’s amplifiers have consistently surpassed the competition technologically, offering unmatched functionality and compatibility from legacy systems (Dial Pulse) to modern SIP paging protocols. Vincent continues to operate Voxprime today, focusing on innovation, reliability, and superior customer experience, all while maintaining manufacturing in North America.

Voxprime also played a pivotal role in the development of Alqamüv, providing access to an established network of trusted suppliers and funding the creation of the initial prototypes and the required technology to bring the project to life. Leveraging the foundation built with Voxprime, Vincent seamlessly applied his engineering expertise to craft Alqamüv’s revolutionary design.

The development of Alqamüv required integrating rotational motion into the crystal grids while ensuring precision, built-in safety, and quiet operation. Vincent’s design stops immediately if resistance is detected, maintaining the product’s integrity and reliability to meet the highest safety standards.

In 2013, his first son’s autism diagnosis inspired Vincent’s journey into biohacking, nutrition, gut health, and alternative medicine. Recognizing the shortcomings of conventional medicine, he pursued natural healing approaches, transforming his outlook on wellness and self-care.

During the pandemic, Vincent encountered Linda and her Black Obsidian Grid at a spiritual retreat. This powerful experience fueled his passion for bringing motion into crystal healing through engineering and became the catalyst for creating Alqamüv; a fusion of art, technology, and spirituality.
