By acquiring a piece from our collection or engaging in any transaction with Alqamüv Inc., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are crafted to reflect the bespoke nature of our work and the standard of excellence we uphold in every Alqamüv creation.
We invite you to read them with care, as they are designed to protect the integrity of your purchase and ensure a seamless experience.
1. Installation Information
Each Alqamüv piece is a singular, handcrafted work of functional art. Due to the bespoke nature of these creations, subtle variations in form, color, geometry, and crystal composition are both expected and embraced. These nuances ensure the distinct identity and energetic signature of every individual work.
All descriptive details — including dimensions, materials, and visual presentation — are offered with the highest level of accuracy. Slight distinctions may arise due to the artisanal and natural origin of our elements.
2. Payment Terms
Each acquisition begins with a private discovery call between the prospective collector and the three Alqamüv founders. This call is reserved through our website via Calendly and includes a non-refundable fee of $500 USD, which serves as both a security deposit and a credit toward the final commission balance.
Following this consultation, a personalized quotation is issued based on the selected design, materials, and energetic specifications. Upon acceptance, payment is arranged in two phases:
• Phase One: A deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is required to initiate the build.
• Phase Two: The final balance is due prior to shipment, once your piece is complete and ready to leave our establishment in Boisbriand, Canada.
We offer the following secure payment methods to accommodate a variety of preferences and jurisdictions:
• Wire Transfer (preferred for large commissions)
• Credit or Debit Card via Stripe (subject to a 3.5% processing fee)
• Crypto Payments via BitPay (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and others upon request)
All payment details and invoices are issued privately following your consultation, ensuring complete discretion and clarity at every step. No public checkout page is used, and all transactions are handled directly through Alqamüv Inc.
Shipping, taxes, import duties, and logistics-related costs are calculated separately based on destination and collector preference.
3. Damage Claims
Should your piece arrive with damage sustained during shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.
Please note: Alqamüv is not liable for shipping-related damage unless optional third-party shipping insurance has been secured through us in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All Alqamüv creations, including their structural form and energetic architecture, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
The signature aesthetic and form of the Alqamüv Grid are the subject of an industrial design registration, currently pending. Any attempt to replicate, reverse engineer, reproduce, or adapt the design, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights.
All images, written content, design concepts, and technological frameworks featured on our website, social media platforms, and in private correspondence remain the sole property of Alqamüv Inc.
Distribution and reproduction of any material without express written permission is forbidden.
5. Limitation of Liability
Each Alqamüv piece is intended solely for decorative, experiential, and energetic engagement.
Alqamüv shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, injury, property damage, or business interruption arising from the use, misuse, interpretation, installation, or malfunction of any commissioned piece.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all liability is expressly disclaimed. In any case where liability may not be fully excluded, it shall be limited solely and exclusively to remedies required under applicable law in the jurisdiction of Québec, Canada.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
Any legal matters arising shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec. The collector assumes responsibility for compliance with all import regulations within their country or territory.
7. Privacy Policy
We value privacy and discretion at the highest level. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.
All interactions with Alqamüv Inc. are held in strict confidence unless otherwise authorized by the client.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Alqamüv reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Should a significant change occur, all collectors with pending commissions will be notified directly.
Continued engagement with Alqamüv following an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Acknowledgment
By confirming your commission or acquiring a work from Alqamüv Inc., you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
